Drs Foster and Smith have a large selection of dog beds and really great prices. I have a little bit there. (Of course, my favorite dog, a pillow in a laundry basket. LOL)

Yes, LL Bean has a great dog bed. We bought an old 2 years ago for our laboratory and still in use.
I agree with other posters LL Bean makes a great bed in all sizes with removable lid
